The Third General Meeting of the Organizing Committee for Seoul ICM 2014 was held on October 6, 2012 at Daejeon Convention Center in Daejeon.  
The second revision of the articles of association, which were submitted by the Executive Committee for Seoul ICM 2014, has been approved. 
Also, the reports on the statement of income and expenditure in the year of 2011 and the proposed budget plan for the year of 2013, which were submitted by the Planning and Finance Committee, have been approved.  
The representatives from the Sub-Committees reported its preparation progress and plans.
